Refund policy

If you wish to return a product, you can notify us within 14 days of receipt. After notifying us of your return, you have another 14 days to return it. After that, the return period expires.

Steps:

• Email info@purewoollove.nl stating that you wish to return your product, including your order number.
• Create a return and pay for it via the following link.
• Return your package using the label you created.

Please note! Products cannot be returned if they have been used, washed, or completely wrinkled. They must be free of pet hair and in new condition.

We will process your return as soon as possible after receipt. This usually takes 1-7 business days.
