Shipping policy

Orders placed on working days before 12:00 PM will be shipped the same working day. Did you order after 12:00 PM? Then your package will be shipped the next working day.

We ship within the Netherlands via DPD. Packages are always shipped insured. We offer free shipping within the Netherlands for orders over €50. For orders below that amount, we charge a shipping fee of €1.99.

For international shipping, we use DPD, DHL, or POSTNL, depending on the destination. For Germany and Belgium, free shipping applies to orders over €75. For orders below that amount, we charge a fee of €7.99. For other European countries, this fee is €9.99.
