Merino wool crib blanket and swaddle blanket - Merino wool

Softer than soft, that is merino wool. Extremely suitable as a crib blanket, but also as a swaddle blanket directly on the skin. Merino wool is therefore perfect for the little ones and a true baby must-have.

Merino wool crib blanket

A crib blanket made of merino wool feels very thin and soft. However, a merino wool blanket is no less warm than any other wool blanket. This is because merino wool is temperature-regulating. It keeps the little one warm when they are cold and releases heat when they are warm.

Merino wool swaddle blanket

Because merino wool is one of the softest types of wool, it is extremely suitable as a swaddle blanket. It also feels super soft directly on the skin. These fine blankets can therefore also be wonderfully used to keep your little one at a comfortable temperature in a swaddle.

Size 80x100 cm

Ideal for multifunctional use. 80x100 cm is perfect for all purposes: swaddling, crib, co-sleeper, stroller, and over the infant car seat.

Wool is usually not assigned a TOG rating. This is due to the unique temperature-regulating and insulating properties of wool.

When it is warm, it releases heat, and when it is cold, it retains it.

To provide an indication of the TOG value that these blankets are compared to:
• Solid colors with honeycomb pattern and straight weave: 2.0
• Duo & prints: 2.5
• Merino wool: 2.0

Wool has a self-cleaning ability. Therefore, wash wool as little as possible.

Want to freshen up your blanket? Lay it flat on a rack outside on a damp morning or in a humid room like the bathroom. Afterwards, your blanket will be wonderfully fresh again.

Really in need of a wash?
• Use wool detergent with lanolin.
• Wash in the washing machine on a 30-degree wool program.
• Only spin the washing machine at low revolutions.
• Let it dry flat on a rack
