Woolen baby blanket - crib blanket wool

A wool crib blanket is incredibly comfortable for your little one. It's neither too cold nor too warm thanks to wool's wonderful insulating properties. Although people often associate wool blankets with winter, it's actually suitable for all seasons. When it's warmer, it releases heat without getting wet from sweat. When it's cold, it retains warmth.

Pure New Wool

Pure New Wool means that only wool is used in these lovely blankets. Pure New Wool comes from New Zealand and is sourced in an animal-friendly way. The fabric contains no additives, just pure wool. That makes it a wonderful blanket for your little one!

Crib blanket size

The wool crib blankets are 90 x 65 cm.

Wool is usually not assigned a TOG value. This is due to wool's unique temperature-regulating and insulating properties.

When it's warm, it dissipates heat, and when it's cold, it retains heat. This makes wool the safest material to use in bed.

To give an indication of the TOG values used for comparison with blankets:
• Solid colours with honeycomb pattern and plain weave: 2.0
• Duo & prints: 2.5
• Merino wool: 2.0
