Wool toddler blanket - Cot blanket wool

A wool blanket is wonderfully comfortable for your little one. It's neither too cold nor too warm thanks to wool's wonderful insulating properties. Although people often associate a wool blanket with winter, it can actually be used in all seasons. When it's warmer, it releases heat without getting wet from sweat. When it's cold, it retains warmth.

Pure New Wool

Pure New Wool means that only wool is used in these lovely blankets. Pure New Wool comes from New Zealand and is sourced in an animal-friendly way. The fabric contains no additives, just pure wool. That makes it a wonderful blanket for your little one!

The wool crib blanket is 130 x 90 cm

Wool is usually not assigned a TOG value. This is due to the unique temperature-regulating and insulating properties of wool.

When it's warm, it dissipates heat, and when it's cold, it retains heat. This makes wool the safest material to use in bed.

To provide an indication of the TOG values used to compare the blankets:
• Solid colours with honeycomb pattern and straight weave: 2.0
• Duo & prints: 2.5
• Merino wool: 2.0

Wool is self-cleaning, so wash it as little as possible.

To freshen up your blanket, lay it flat on a drying rack outside on a damp morning or in a humid room, like the bathroom. Afterwards, your blanket will be wonderfully fresh again.

Does it really need a wash?
• Use wool detergent with lanolin.
• Wash in the washing machine on a wool program at 30 degrees Celsius.
• Only let the washing machine spin at a low speed.
• Dry flat on a rack.
