Wool has self-cleaning properties, so it's best to wash it as little as possible.

To refresh a blanket, lay it flat on a rack outside on a damp morning or in a humid room like the bathroom. Afterwards, your blanket will be wonderfully fresh again.

• Machine wash on a 30-degree wool program.
